Yes, our cleaning teams come fully prepared to make your home the cleanliness it deserves!

Do you have insurance?

Yeah! Our comprehensive insurance coverage offers complete peace of mind. We have made sure that entrusting us with your home is as risk-free as possible. Accidents happen occasionally, but if they do, we'll make sure everything is resolved as quickly as possible. In addition to that we have a certificate from the American House Cleaners Association!

Do your cleaning professionals go through a background check?

We hire only the most motivated, reliable and experienced cleaners in your area. To be accepted as a cleaner in our company, all of our candidates must go through a rigorous selection and recruitment process. This includes a telephone interview followed by a face-to-face interview. If approved, we do a reference and background check on all teams. Once hired, each team member is trained to clean as required by MIRIAMS COMPANY LLC.

Do I need to be home for my cleaning?

No, you do not need to be present while we clean your home. We may have a key to your home that is kept in a secure location. If you want to leave a key with a neighbor or somewhere safe, we can pick it up. Just add instructions when you make your reservation. On your first cleaning with MIRIAMS COMPANY LLC., we like to have you at home so you can show us around your property and point out any areas you would like us to focus on, but we understand that is not always possible.

What is our "Happiness" guarantee?

We guarantee that you will be delighted with the results of your cleaning. If for any reason you are not happy after our service, please let us know within 24 hours and we promise to send a team member back to make it right free of charge. It's as simple as that.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We are still working on finding the best way for you to pay, at the moment we accept Venmo cash and personal checks.
